Nice ~2 mile hike along the AT with a steep climb down at the end. Details Here and Here. Alternate (longer but less steep) route off 321 beyond Dennis Cove turnoff in Hampton.
6/5/2004 - Hiked to the falls on a warm June day. Well-maintained section of the A.T. and plenty of water volume make it spectacular.
12/11/2004 - After hiking to Coon Den Falls decided to check out the trail in from the Hampton end.
6/5/2011 - Hadn't been back in a while.. hot day, too sunny for good photography, enjoyable nonetheless.
