Rainbow Falls

Rainbow is one of the few true waterfalls in the park dropping 75'. It is accessible from a parking area and trailhead a short distance from the beginning of the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail. The falls is 2.6 miles up the trail that continues on to the top of Mt. LeConte. Info HERE and HERE

9/20/2004 - Hiked to Rainbow today. Water level was up somewhat since Hurricane Ivan just dumped a lot of rain on the area a few days prior. Very nice.
